		<description>[...] Soon, all 280 employees will be swiping their cards and sending thousands of pounds of lobster down the individual processing lines.  The sweet smell of cooking lobster will fill the air around Judes Point and the seagulls will be squawking.  The first truck loads of whole cooked, brine, lobster meat and tails will be rolling down the highway, heading towards waiting customers all around the world.  We will also have all these wonderful products in our Fish Mart.
