16 oz Lobster Bisque
3 oz Bacon Lardoons
1/2 oz Roux
1 oz Chopped garlic
2 oz Chopped Shallot
- In a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat add bacon lardoons and sauté until almost crispy.
- Add shallot and garlic and allow the two to soften.
- Add lobster bisque base and bring to a simmer.
- Whisk in the roux and continue to simmer until you have reached your desired consistency.
- Enjoy over french fries!
