Ingredients
- 16 oz Lobster Bisque
- 3 oz Bacon Lardoons
- 1/2 oz Roux
- 1 oz Chopped garlic
- 2 oz Chopped Shallot
Instructions
- 1. In a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat add bacon lardoons and sauté until almost crispy.
- 2. Add shallot and garlic and allow the two to soften.
- 3. Add lobster bisque base and bring to a simmer.
- 4. Whisk in the roux and continue to simmer until you have reached your desired consistency.
