Ingredients
- 16 oz Lobster Bisque
- 2 oz Shallot
- 1 oz Roaster Garlic Paste
- 6 liters Water
- ½ oz Roux
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Grated Parmesan
- 3 oz White Wine
- 0.5 g Paprika
- 0.5 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. In a medium saucepan on medium heat sauté shallot and roasted garlic paste in butter.
- 2. Once the shallots are soft deglaze with white wine. Allow wine to cook for 3 mins and then add lobster bisque, roux, Parmesan and paprika.
- 3. Whisk the sauce over medium heat until you find your desired consistency.
- 4. Add lemon juice and serve.
Notes
- Try over pasta and add chunks of lobster meat to make an linguine!
